Job description

A senior manager is an experienced leader responsible for overseeing a company’s operations to ensure efficiency, growth and profitability. They manage budgets, develop strategies, and provide mentorship to employees while collaborating with other executives to achieve company goals. Senior managers possess expert industry knowledge, problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and a proven track record of success, making it a highly fulfilling career for those who pursue it.

What you will do
  • Support Growth team in expanding customer base within legal industry as well as new markets
  • Find prospective customer leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, personal network and other sources
  • Qualify prospective customer leads via email, phone, and Linkedin messaging
  • Track and analyze prospective customer pipeline, presenting stats and progress to Growth team
  • Identify trends in prospective customer engagement with various outreach campaigns
Key Responsibilities
  • Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff
  • Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead the Product Design
  • Ensure design choices are data led by identifying assumptions to test each sprint, and work with the analysts in your team to plan moderated usability test sessions.
  • Design pixel perfect responsive UI’s and understand that adopting common interface patterns is better for UX than reinventing the wheel
Skill & Experience
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Product Designer.
  • You have experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X
  • Support Growth team in expanding customer base within legal industry as well as new markets
  • You have some previous experience working in an agile environment – Think two-week sprints.
  • You are familiar using Jira and Confluence in your workflow
