Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a AOI Machine Operator / Electronics Quality Inspector for our client. This job is responsible for operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment, inspecting electronic circuit board assemblies, and ensuring products meet IPC and customer quality standards.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Operate and monitor Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
  • Perform machine startup, shutdown, and basic operation procedures.
  • Inspect electronic circuit boards for quality and workmanship.
  • Identify component values, polarity, and orientation on PCB assemblies.
  • Read assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions.
  • Utilize measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality.
  • Learn and apply IPC-A-610 Class 2 inspection standards.
  • Assist with AOI programming and process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure production and quality goals are met.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
