R&R Transportation is hiring FULL-TIME CDL Class A Driversto runregional night shift routes.. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers seekingconsistent full-time work, competitive pay, and steady regional runs with no-touch freight.

Schedule

  • Full-time:40+ hours per week (Guaranteed 40 hours)
  • Night shift availability required
  • Regional routes (overnight travel required). Routes come home every other day.
  • Consistent weekly schedules provided in advance.

Pay & Benefits

  • $22/hour starting pay up to $24/hour based on experience
  • Overtime available after 40 hours.
  • Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Paid time off and holiday pay eligibility
  • Supportive dispatch team and management who put drivers first

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes
  • Transport Amazon no-touch freight
  • Complete scheduled night shift deliveries with overnight layovers
  • Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain professional communication with dispatch

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 6 months of CDL driving experience
  • Clean driving record and CMV history
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Willingness to worknight shifts and regional overnight runs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ELD systems
  • Familiarity with FMCSA rules and Hours of Service (HOS)
  • Strong professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
