The Medical Practitioner serves as the clinical authority within the center, providing consultations, diagnostics, and advanced procedures under the Medical Director or MSA guidelines. You will collaborate with Health Coaches and the entire team to deliver integrated care that drives measurable health improvements and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Clinical Consultations & Treatment Planning
• Conduct comprehensive consultations using empathy and evidence-based protocols.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans for Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, and Aesthetic services.
• Collaborate with Health Coaches to align medical and lifestyle interventions for optimal outcomes.
• we never offer a “shot and go” approach with GLP-1 therapies; our commitment to client longevity means we prioritize protecting bone health, core stability, and muscle mass—ensuring every treatment plan fully supports lasting wellness and strength as part of our DNA.
SMART Goal: Complete 100% of scheduled consultations monthly; document all treatments before end of day.
2) Lab Ordering & Interpretation
• Order and interpret labs including hormone panels, metabolic markers, and micronutrient profiles.
• Document findings accurately in EMR and communicate results clearly to clients.
