Position Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
8:00AM-4:30PM, with a scheduled 4-hour MOD weekend rotation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee day-to-day business office operations — billing, A/R, collections
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance claims
• Maintain accurate financial records and resident trust accounts
• Work closely with admissions and care teams for smooth onboarding and communication
• Train and support office staff to keep operations efficient and resident-focused
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in healthcare office management, ideally in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Strong grasp of insurance billing (Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with PointClickCare is a big plus!
