Job description

Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness PLLC is looking for a Psychologist!
As we continue to diversify and expand our services, we are looking for a licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This structure allows us to offer a very competitive compensation rate while also offering you autonomy over your work and flexibility with your scheduling. 
This is the exciting part! We’re searching for a self starter: someone with the energy and willingness to help us develop and 
integrate this service into our practice. What’s your vision? 
What we see you doing…
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including 
diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing to inform 
treatment planning. 
- Provide comprehensive written reports to clients. 
- Provide individual therapy across the life span as needed to fill 
your schedule 
- Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans and 
monitor progress over time
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, pediatricians, school 
psychologists, therapists, prescribers, teachers, attorneys, and 
GALs as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with 
APA ethical standards and NC licensure requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA accredited program or MA's degree and licensed as a LPA
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in North 
Carolina
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents and adults
• Proficiency in psychological assessment, diganostic 
evaluation tools and report writing (e.g., WISC, BASC, 
ADOS)
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and managing 
sensitive medical records securely.
Brinkley Brown Mental Wellness will provide:
  • Client referrals from our staff of 33 clinicians over 4 locations
  • In house & community outreach marketing
  • Furnished office space and basic supplies
  • Access to our EHR
  • Access to our HIPAA compliance messaging app
  • All billing/collections 
  • Credentialing
  • Work Location: in office/remote (We have office space in Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, and Greenville)
