Advertising Proofreader


The Advertising Proofreader 1 verifies that the content of an Advertising product is free of any errors. The Proofreader checks each piece for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ministry standards for style.


Ensure Accuracy

Verify that all the information contained in advertising pieces is accurate. Check for correct grammar, spelling, and mechanics.

Maintain Consistency

Ensure that all the information in advertising pieces is consistent from one piece to another. Check that information is clearly presented across all channels.

Manage Tone

Keep the text tone of all pieces appropriate to fit the recipients of the advertisement. Ensure that the tone fits the ministry's ideals and standards.

Update the Style Guide

Update and maintain the accuracy of the Advertising Style Guide to have a complete resource for reference. Verify ministry standards for usage and make changes as needed.
