Job Description

As a team member, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant that serves over a thousand guests daily. The role of a team member is an integral part of our day to day operations. Team Members are individuals that are outgoing, passionate and energetic. 

Team member positions include cashier, cow mascot, and host/hostess.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days/nights including Friday and Saturday
  • Must have reliable transportation outside of the public transportation system

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
  • Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products and promotions.
  • Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
  • Checking for product quality and consistency.
  • Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staffs.
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures**
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality**
