Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Coordinator / Lobby Concierge to oversee all aspects of guest services and hospitality at our Client's Nashville Headquarters. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold high standards of service.

*Responsibilities*

- Register and Check-in all visitors to our location

- Communicate guest(s) arrival to Hospitality Team and hosts

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly

- Monitor and maintain service quality standards

- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently

- Oversee reservation systems and room assignments

-Communicate any security concerns promptly to onsite securty team

-Have a strong working knowledge of our daily events

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in a hospitality management role

- Strong job ownership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- High levelhospitality experience a plus

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and guest relations

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
