Compensation:

$60,000-$70,000 per year plus bonus potential

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Leadership
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience throughout the restaurant.
  • Lead by example through a visible presence in the dining room, coaching and supporting Front-of-House team members.
  • Monitor and respond to online guest feedback, partnering with the leadership team to identify trends and implement solutions that continuously improve the guest experience.
Community Engagement
  • Build and strengthen relationships with local schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, theme nights, family activities, and promotional experiences that strengthen our connection with the community.
  • Coordinate appearances of the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot, including scheduling, training, and oversight of Cow Handlers to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Operations Leadership
  • Partner with the Front of House Director to lead daily operations during scheduled leadership rotations.
  • Coach, develop, and support Front-of-House team members while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for hospitality, food safety, and operational excellence.
Promotions & Guest Engagement
  • Coordinate promotional giveaways, contests, and donation initiatives that increase guest engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Support community fundraising opportunities and charitable partnerships.
Marketing Partnership
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop promotional materials and event strategies that support restaurant initiatives and community outreach.
Team Member Recognition
  • Create meaningful celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements, and other significant milestones that reinforce a culture of appreciation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior leadership experience with a strong emphasis on customer service is required.
  • Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of 20-30 team members through servant leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly observant.
