Job description

Database Engineer Level 0 (TS/SCI w/ Poly)
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD

We are actively hiring a Database Engineer Level 2 to support mission-critical programs in a fully cleared environment. This role requires hands-on database engineering experience supporting systems of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Clearance Requirement (Mandatory)
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Core Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain relational and NoSQL database solutions
  • Support database architecture, administration, and performance tuning
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term database requirements
  • Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment (if applicable)
Required Experience
  • Experience with:
    • Oracle
    • PostgreSQL
    • MongoDB
    • Redis
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with tools such as SQL Developer
  • Experience supporting programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity
Minimum Qualifications
  • 0+ years of experience as a Database Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
    • OR additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Experience with Elasticsearch
