Meridian Trust is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing, branding, and member experience efforts with creativity, strategy, and heart. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a dynamic marketing and branding program, help shape how our brand shows up in the world, champion thoughtful design and user experience, turn smart strategies into real organizational wins, guide exciting projects from spark to success, and help grow positive brand awareness, and service value across the communities we proudly serve.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading marketing promotions, campaigns, websites, and media communications that deliver strong ROI and organizational value.
  • Successful background in project management, process improvement, and new product or service implementation.
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate results, and identify meaningful improvements in service, product development, member experience, or organizational culture.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees, coach and develop team members, resolve challenges, and build a positive team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and moving pieces at once.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with project teams, staff, vendors, members, and cross-functional partners across departments, branches, and the organization.
  • Experience actively coaching and developing a team while fostering strong business relationships and a passion for quality improvement.
  • Understanding of website design and development, digital marketing best practices, and campaign performance analysis.
This is an onsite role split between Cheyenne, WY and Wellington, CO.
Pay Information:
Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000
