Assistant General  Manager - Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive

Overview

Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive is hiring a growing professional who wants to expand their leadership skills, build their career portfolio, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication
  • Lead a team of 15+ leaders with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards
  • Coach leadership team to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results
  • Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled
  • Create a quarterly business plan and set weekly objectives
  • Set store goals, share results, and celebrate successes
  • Hold team members accountable to all policy standards, providing formal and informal feedback on an ongoing basis and issuing disciplinary action fairly and consistently
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with a positive approach to all situations
  • Coordinate open communication with executive leadership and direct reports through scheduled meetings, email, phone calls, and communication platforms
  • Facilitate professional & personal development of staff by identifying staff member goals and how Chick-fil-a fits into their plan. 
  • Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow operationally and relationally
  • Utilize development tools and platforms to create an environment of learning and growth
  • Hold all senior leadership accountable for their personal and professional development and job responsibilities
  • Maintain an open and flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with business needs
  • Work in the store at Stapley Drive in any position and perform all other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, customer service or hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members
  • Track record of ownership and commitment to completion
  • Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Demonstrated optimism & a positive attitude
  • Initiative and hospitality skills
