• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges, crafting personalized therapy plans that reflect their goals.
• Facilitate individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions deploying diverse methodologies tailored to client preferences and requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based behavioral strategies to encourage positive outcomes, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and progress within the electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Actively engage in continued education and professional development, leading to enhanced skills and knowledge within the mental health field.

Our clientele includes both adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline.
• An active professional license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is desirable, enhancing the efficiency of client documentation and care coordination.

While the essential qualification is set at two years in clinical practice, preference will be given to candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, or family systems therapy. Candidates who bring a background in community mental health settings will also be favorably viewed.
