The Company
Our Client is a B2B experiential agency and they are looking for a Producer to join their team on a 6 month contract with a view to FT. This is a challenging role for those looking to work for an international agency working across a range of experiential activations and events,
The Role
The Producer plays an integral role in the event production team. The Producer works with the Production team and cross-collaborates across company departments to bring experiential activations and events to life.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • End to end project management for experiential activations, brand experiences and events (live and virtual) from concept through to brief, ideation, design, fabrication and event delivery
  • Executing tasks as provided by the senior leads, including sourcing vendors, putting together production documents, runsheets, critical paths and event plans
  • Managing and mentoring junior production staff and coordinators
  • Scheduling and coordinating across internal company departments (creative, technical, accounts) as well as external vendors
  • Client relationship management and communications
  • Managing simultaneous project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contracts
  • Support the management of event budgets
  • Support with the contracting, negotiating and managing of suppliers including venues, audio visual, permits, fabrication, talent, catering and technical staff
  • Participating in the creative ideation process to brainstorm concepts
  • Conducting site inspections and supporting client presentations
  • Providing support to our clients and ensuring their expectations are met
  • Role reports to Executive Producer

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

  • 4 + years experience within events and experiential within an agency environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Experience in managing large and complex event budgets
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience managing and writing event documents
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 + benefits annually pro rata for the 6 month contract, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
