Job description

Job Summary:
E-Space is a company focused on enabling hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services through advanced low Earth orbit (LEO) space systems. As a Senior Software Integration and Test Engineer for 5G Core, you will be responsible for integrating and testing 5G Core Network products, ensuring quality and reliability through collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior members.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for testing 5G Core Network and its sub-systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all software and hardware components.
• Create detailed test cases covering features, functions, performance, scalability, stability, and security.
• Execute both automated and manual test cases, documenting results and recommending corrective actions.
• Investigate and recommend new tools for development of the product.
• Focus on test architecture infrastructure, design, and methodologies.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues and validate fixes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of expertise in testing Wireless Communications and Networking products
• Experience in developing a comprehensive strategy for testing 5G Core Network and its sub-systems
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all software and hardware components
• Experience in creating detailed test cases covering features, functions, performance, scalability, stability, and security
• Experience in executing both automated and manual test cases, documenting results and recommending corrective actions
• Ability to investigate and recommend new tools for development of the product
• Experience in focusing on test architecture infrastructure, design, and methodologies
• Ability to mentor junior team members and share knowledge and best practices
• Experience in reproducing customer-reported issues and validating fixes
• Work authorization for the location of this role
Preferred:
• Passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities
