Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Glasfaser- und Infrastrukturbau suchen wir einen engagierten Bauleiter (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Tiefbau und FTTx-Projektgeschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Glasfaserprojekten (FTTx)
  • Koordination und Überwachung mehrerer Tiefbaukolonnen
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung
  • Kontrolle der Bauausführung gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis, Genehmigungen und technischen Regelwerken
  • Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Netzbetreibern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Aufmaßen sowie Rechnungsprüfung
  • Organisation von Materialeinsatz, Personalplanung und Baustellenlogistik
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Vorbereitung der Abnahme
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tiefbau, idealerweise im Glasfaser- / FTTx-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in Rohr- und Kabelverlegung sowie Oberflächenwiederherstellung
  • Strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Partnerunternehmen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen EDV- und Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
