Field Fabrication & Install Lead โ€” Shade Structures

Schedule: Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Thursday, 7:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM | Friday Off (Overtime as Needed)

What Youโ€™ll Lead Field Execution
  • Lead and support the installation of awnings and shade systems at residential and commercial sites
  • Plan and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each job
  • Be the on-site point of contact, setting expectations and delivering great service
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
  • Use power tools and installation equipment efficiently
Shop Production
  • Assist with assembly, fabrication, and product preparation
  • Install and fit fabric to frames for finished systems
  • Package, stage, and load materials for upcoming projects
  • Collaborate across shop and field teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years in construction, installation, or related hands-on roles
  • Proficient with power tools and measuring equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude; accurate tape measure reading
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to grow

Physical & License Requirements
