Job description

Expedite Healthcare Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Endoscopy for a local contract nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 10 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Local Contract

Actual shift:
2-10 hours shifts (6:30-5) and 2- 8 hour shifts (6:30-3) equaling 36 hour week
Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted
Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: ERCP - experience required, ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), ION Procedure
Ratio / Census: 1:2; 3 rooms, 11 beds with average daily census of 20
Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
RTO: MAX 7 days per contract
RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
Weekends: 2-3 weekends per contract
Floating: None
Call Requirements: 1 weekday call a week and 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
