Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of security and IT infrastructure programs, ensuring timely completion within budget while leading internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units.
Responsibilities:
• Manages and oversees security program aspects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
• Responsible for scope management, cost control, schedule performance, vendor coordination, and contractual deliverables.
• Leads stakeholders and project teams in defining project scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develops detailed program and project plans, monitors project milestones, and generates status reports.
• Monitors financial performance including labor burn, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Evaluates and manages risk; develops mitigation strategies and response plans.
• Manages several project workstreams.
• Directs project progress and establishes guidance on project execution.
• Qualifies and quantifies project issues and risks and develops response plans to resolve.
• Understands current and future business goals and ongoing concerns.
• Mentors project managers and team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the efficient execution of work items and conditions of the areas in which they are assigned.
• Provide leadership and direction to the security and IT infrastructure team.
• Reports to Director, Network Communications.
• Manages a team of project managers and coordinators.
