Multi-Site | Manufacturing | Leadership Role
At 4Front Engineered Solutions, safety isn't just a requirement-it's a core value and a shared responsibility. We're looking for a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who is driven to protect people, strengthen culture, and make a real, lasting impact across our organization.
This is more than a compliance role. It's an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities-partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement.
What You'll Do -
  • Lead and evolve company-wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
  • Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
  • Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
  • Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

  • A strategic EHS leader with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
