About the Position
At 3Shape, we are committed to leading digital dentistry and improving the lives of the people we serve. We are looking for a driven, motivated and dynamic Lab Sales Manager on our Design Services Team. This role is responsible for driving growth within an assigned region of North America, focusing on the full suite of 3Shape Lab products. This role goes beyond lead generation and account expansion, requiring a deep understanding of the dental laboratory industry and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers. The Lab Sales Manager will be accountable for regional strategy, pipeline development, and revenue targets, while also serving as a trusted advisor to customers and an internal resource for lab business development. The ideal candidate will be located in Florida, Georgia, Alabama or surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own business development efforts within an assigned North America region, aligning sales activities with regional goals and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry groups, and large accounts in the territory
  • Sell and generate leads across the complete 3Shape Lab product portfolio, including design services, scanners, software, and LMS
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos, consultations, and proposals
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling to maximize customer value and revenue growth
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position 3Shape as the preferred partner
  • Executing regional marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns that drive adoption and brand visibility
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align strategies and deliver impactful customer engagement
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering consistent reporting of pipeline metrics and progress against goals
  • Sell and generate leads across the full 3Shape Lab product portfolio (design services, scanners, software, LMS)
  • Own sales activities across the assigned North America region
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, labs, and industry groups
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring solutions align with their needs
  • Qualify opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to maximize conversion
  • Implement campaigns, webinars, and trade shows that drive adoption and visibility
  • Coordinate demos, consultations, and onboarding meetings for prospects and customers
  • Deliver reporting and pipeline metrics to leadership
  • Share best practices to improve overall business development performance

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management related roles
• Proven success in regional sales ownership and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Dentistry and/or medical device experience a plus. High personal drive, ability to work independently
• Strategic thinking - how to position solutions for long-term growth in the region
• Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders from lab managers to executives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical Mindset - able to interpret data, metrics, and customer feedback to refine strategies and report effectively
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
