Job description

Immediate Assistant Chief Engineer Opening on 3rd Shift in Malvern!
This is an opportunity to work in a at a large, Class A commercial campus, maintaining high-end MEP systems for a well-established client!
This site is also staffed 24/7, making on-call responsibility extremely rare.
Pay: $40-46/hr depending on experience.
3rd Shift - 8pm to 6:30am, Wednesday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Works with and takes direction from the Chief Engineer and Facility Manager.
- Utilize CMMS work order system for daily tasks; log all work orders.
- Oversee the operation of MEP systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in commercial maintenance.
- Equipment knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, BAS controls, and other MEP systems.
- Universal Cert HIGHLY Preferred
- Other trades knowledge
