Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Production Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Avon, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
  • Load raw materials and finished products into and out of machinery.
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain production requirements.
  • Perform in-process quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment problems to maintenance or supervision.
  • Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and material counts.
  • Follow production schedules and meet established productivity and quality standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing standards.
