Job Title: Parts Driver – Intra-Campus/Inter-Building Transport

Employment Type: First Shift, Full time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Parts Driver to transport materials, parts, and equipment between various company buildings or departments. This role ensures timely delivery of parts to support efficient operations across all facilities. The ideal candidate has a good driving record, is organized, and demonstrates
a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicle(s) to transport parts, tools, and equipment between designated buildings or facilities.
  • Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes as determined by supervisors or dispatch.
  • Load and unload items with care to avoid damage or misplacement.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, including time of delivery, items delivered, and recipient information.
  • Communicate any delays, issues, or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness; report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Assist with inventory counts, part sorting, and basic warehouse support as needed.
  • Ensure secure and professional handling of sensitive or high-value parts.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a driving, courier, or logistics role is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and perform physical tasks.
  • Familiarity with warehouse or inventory processes is helpful.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:
