About Us:
As a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are driven by innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Analyst to support our plant-level IT operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, supporting manufacturing technologies, and ensuring data integrity across our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and uptime.
  • Provide technical support for ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
  • Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT and plant teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
  • Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment (often up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable using ladders to access and troubleshoot equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in IT support or systems analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
