Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills is a premier assisted living facility located in Rochester Hills, MI.  We are currently looking for an 3rd shift Supervisor to join our team.  

Job Summary

As a Supervisor - Caregiver for the 3rd Shift at Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provided to residents during the night shift. This role involves ensuring the well-being and safety of residents while maintaining a high standard of care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the Caregivers and bring forward new ideas to better these roles
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
  • Communicate effectively with team members 
  • Assist with the training of new employees and retraining of current employees when applicable.
  • Comply with Residents' Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to dressing, grooming, dining etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements::

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work over night shifts
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Maintains favorable attendance and and punctuality record.
  • Works efficiently without creating distractions.
