Daily Racing Form (DRF) is a comprehensive daily publication that provides detailed information and statistics related to horse racing, including past performances of horses, jockey and trainer statistics, track conditions, expert picks, and other relevant data for Thoroughbred and Standardbred racing events. DRF’s e-commerce products are widely used by horse racing enthusiasts, handicappers, and bettors to analyze and make informed decisions about races. DRF’s products serve as valuable resources for those involved in the horse racing industry and those looking to place bets on races.

At Daily Racing Form, we strive to create the best content for our audience. We are looking for a candidate who has a sharp eye for detail, can follow directions, and is a team player. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience in horse racing, just the willingness and commitment to learn.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily video operations, supporting production logistics, organization, and execution of team goals.
  • Manage all phases of production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
  • Coordinate video and talent teams to support marketing and advertising initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution of promotional assets.
  • Oversee the Daily Racing Form YouTube channel, monitoring analytics and evaluating individual video performance to drive growth.
  • Travel to major horse racing events to capture b-roll, produce behind-the-scenes content, and provide live social media coverage.
  • Pitch, develop, and enhance on-air graphics utilizing DRF data.

What You’ll Need

  • At least two years of experience working in video production, social media or content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications, Video Production, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated advanced experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Experience operating a range of video cameras, gimbals, and audio equipment.
  • Ability to embrace and learn internal tools and systems (Singular, OBS)
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask, and work under deadlines.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, energetic, independent and responsive to feedback.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States.
