What You'll Do
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials

  • Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely

  • Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems

  • Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards

  • Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties

  • Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times

  • Work overtime and weekends as required

What you bring:
  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred

  • Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed)

  • Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment

  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
