Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping manage orders, inventory inquiries, shipping updates, and logistics-related requests. You will work closely with warehouse operations, transportation partners, and customers to ensure exceptional service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide shipment updates, inventory information, and order status details
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Process and manage customer orders within warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipments, inventory, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
  • Monitor and assist with retail routing and appointment scheduling when needed
  • Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Representative experience
  • Experience in a 3PL, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse environment
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience with retail routing guides and retailer compliance requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
