Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping manage orders, inventory inquiries, shipping updates, and logistics-related requests. You will work closely with warehouse operations, transportation partners, and customers to ensure exceptional service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide shipment updates, inventory information, and order status details
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Process and manage customer orders within warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipments, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Monitor and assist with retail routing and appointment scheduling when needed
- Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service Representative experience
- Experience in a 3PL, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with retail routing guides and retailer compliance requirements
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications
⭐ Experience with EDI transactions
⭐ Inventory management knowledge
⭐ QuickBooks experience
⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
⭐ Experience supporting e-commerce fulfillment operations
