Job description

We are seeking an energetic fellowship trained or seasoned body radiologists to join a growing practice of Radiologists in eastern Los Angeles County. We seek applicants with interest, training and experience in all facets of body imaging, especially MR of the heart and pelvis, PET-CT, emergency radiology, and oncologic imaging.

Our group is semi subspecialized, so a large proportion of work in other specialties and general radiology will be expected. Interest and energy in building new clinical programs and service lines, and in large-volume case reading is essential. We enjoy an expanding physical plant (including a new outpatient pavilion, helipad, five community health centers, and intensive care units); designation as a Los Angeles County Trauma Center in 2017; Comprehensive Stroke Center Certification in 2016; Magnet Program Recognition in 2021; three comprehensive outpatient imaging centers including one provisioned for intervention; state of the art imaging equipment (including Toshiba Infinix biplane angiography; four shared cardiac and interventional laboratories; four MR imagers; six CT scanners; and breast tomosynthesis); a tightly collegial teleradiology partner practice; all 3D postprocessing always performed by 3DR Laboratories, Inc.; and excellent relationships with our administration, medical staff and community.

Successful candidates will have interest and expertise in body imaging broadly, and a desire to contribute to a very busy diagnostic workload and in community relationship building.  Some workdays , about 50%, may served remotely, off-site.
