Who We Are

NuvemRx helps community health providers deliver on their mission by simplifying the complexity of pharmacy operations, with a suite of scalable solutions that integrate software, intelligence, and expert support to illuminate savings, expand access, and elevate patient care.

What We Are Looking For

At NuvemRx, we hold a high bar because our work directly impacts patient care. We look for people who embody our core values:

  • Mission Always: Every choice is a chance to serve our customers and improve healthcare
  • Be a Pioneer: Take initiative, solve problems, and build what does not yet exist
  • Do the Right Thing the Right Way: Lead with integrity, compliance, and thoughtful execution
  • Stronger Together: Own your role, collaborate deeply, and elevate the team

We are also a fast-growing company, which means you bring strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, resilience, and a bias toward action.

About the Role

The 340B Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, administration, and ongoing compliance monitoring of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for assigned Covered Entity (CE) clients supported by NuvemRx. This position supports a variety of 340B-eligible organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, Disproportionate Share Hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, and other eligible provider organizations.

The 340B Program Manager ensures program compliance with HRSA guidance, federal regulations, manufacturer requirements, and internal operational standards. This role oversees compliance monitoring activities, audit readiness, operational workflows, and program documentation while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal operational teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of independently managing multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

Program Administration & Compliance

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs to ensure compliance with HRSA guidance and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and compliance resource for assigned Covered Entities regarding 340B program operations, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine compliance reviews, internal audits, account monitoring, reconciliations, and operational assessments to identify potential risks or compliance concerns.
  • Monitor program activity, data integrity, accumulations, replenishment activity, and operational workflows to ensure compliant program administration.
  • Support and manage 340B ESP submission activities and manufacturer inquiry resolution processes as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and update policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support compliant 340B program operations.

Audit Readiness & Risk Management

  • Support preparation for HRSA audits, manufacturer audits, payer reviews, and internal compliance assessments, including documentation collection, audit support, and corrective action tracking.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation related to compliance monitoring, operational activities, and client program management.
  • Analyze program data and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, compliant savings optimization, and risk mitigation.

Client Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Covered Entity leadership, pharmacy operations, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to support compliant and effective program operations.
  • Participate in client meetings, compliance discussions, operational reviews, onboarding activities, and strategic program initiatives.
  • Provide education and operational guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding 340B program requirements and best practices.

What You Bring

Core Capabilities

  • Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including HRSA guidance, compliance requirements, and program operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex compliance workstreams simultaneously, with high accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both frontline pharmacy staff and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain audit-ready documentation standards.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing 340B programs for FQHCs, DSH hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, or other covered entities.
  • Familiarity with 340B third-party administrators (TPAs), ESP submissions, and manufacturer compliance processes.
  • Experience supporting HRSA audits or internal compliance assessments.
  • Background in pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or healthcare administration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and 340B software platforms.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • You are a compliance-minded professional who takes ownership of program integrity without being prompted.
  • You are energized by complex regulatory environments and find purpose in keeping programs airtight for clients that serve vulnerable patient populations.
  • You proactively identify risks before they become problems and bring a clear, recommended path forward.
  • You build trust with clients through consistent expertise, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • You thrive in a role that requires both deep subject matter expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible PTO
  • Medical, dental, vision
  • 401(k) with match
  • Life and disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Mission-driven team
  • WFH stipend
