Through our AI-powered platform, we streamline clinical workflows, reduce clinician burden, and improve health system efficiency. We partner with leading hospitals and health systems to deliver fast, reliable, and high-impact implementations that transform patient care.
Role Overview
The Implementation Project Manager - 340B leads end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent's 340b product.
This role requires strong healthcare project management experience combined with a working knowledge of 340B program compliance, pharmacy operations, split-billing systems, and contract pharmacy environments. You will drive timelines, technical coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across pharmacy, compliance, IT, revenue cycle, and executive leadership teams.
You will ensure customers go live efficiently, achieve measurable value quickly, and are set up for long-term operational and compliance success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & 340B Customer Delivery
  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects - from kickoff through go-live and stabilization - across health systems, with a focus on 340B program environments.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans inclusive of 340B-specific workflows, compliance checkpoints, and audit-readiness considerations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings with pharmacy leadership, 340B program administrators, compliance teams, IT, and clinical operations.
  • Serve as the primary project point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Identify risks specific to 340B environments (e.g., diversion risk, duplicate discount risk, contract pharmacy complexities) and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
340B Workflow & Technical Coordination
  • Coordinate collection and validation of required technical inputs, including pharmacy data feeds, split-billing configurations, accumulator logic, and EHR integrations.
  • Partner with Latent sales, account management, engineering and product teams to align system configuration with customer-specific 340B policies and operational models.
  • Monitor integrations with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), pharmacy management systems, and 340B split-billing platforms.
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear project plans for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support customers in aligning operational workflows with audit-readiness and HRSA compliance best practices.
Operational Excellence
  • Own all project documentation, including requirements tracking, decisions, status updates, compliance considerations, and post-go-live handoff materials.
  • Develop and refine repeatable implementation frameworks specific to 340B customer segments.
  • Track KPIs including activation timelines, milestone adherence, workflow readiness, and pharmacy engagement.
  • Ensure seamless transition to Account Management and Support teams, with clear documentation of 340B-specific configurations and risk areas.
Customer Relationship & Change Management
  • Build trusted relationships with pharmacy directors, 340B program administrators, compliance officers, and operational leaders.
  • Guide customers through workflow redesign, change management, and training readiness related to 340B operations.
  • Drive customer accountability for data readiness, policy alignment, and implementation milestones.
  • Communicate clearly with executive sponsors regarding risks, trade-offs, and go-live readiness.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, health IT, SaaS implementations, or pharmacy operations.
  • Direct experience working with or supporting 340B Drug Pricing Program environments.
  • Strong understanding of 340B operational concepts, including:
    • Split-billing processes
    • Diversion and duplicate discount prevention
    • Contract pharmacy models
    • HRSA audit considerations
  • Experience coordinating EHR and pharmacy system integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and manage risk in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Preferred
  • Experience implementing or working alongside 340B split-billing vendors.
  • Background in pharmacy operations or health system revenue cycle.
  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certification.
  • Experience in Series A-C healthcare SaaS companies.

  • Data integrations are executed cleanly with minimal rework or audit risk exposure.
  • Pharmacy and compliance stakeholders feel supported and confident at go-live.
  • Implementation cycles become more standardized and efficient over time.
  • Cross-functional teams view you as the trusted 340B implementation expert.
Why Latent Health
