Responsibilities

This role ensures compliance with 340B regulations, monitors 340B transactions, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits and providing advanced analysis to support decision-making and optimize program performance. Serves as primary internal and external program coordinator and liaison all 340B related matters. Ensures appropriate utilization of the 340B program and compliance with all program requirements. Provides expertise with the 340B program to staff and participants. Develops and maintains internal and external relationships. Serves as the compliance expert on 340B. Actively engages leadership in decision making related to the implementation of new 340B processes.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years' experience in a related health field required2.    Strong understanding of 340B program regulations required

3.    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using 340B software and management platforms.

4.    340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification or completion of Apexus 340B University obtained within twelve (12) months of hire required.

5.    Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software.

6.    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $74,256.00 to $95,139.20. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
