Job Description:
As a general warehouse worker your Key Responsibilities are :
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor repetitive and non-repetitive production machinery and packaging equipment on the manufacturing floor.
Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, monitor product weights, inspect packaging, and identify any defects to ensure products meet production standards.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, executing standard cleaning procedures during shift transitions and equipment changeovers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and fellow team members to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and meet daily production goals.
Material Handling: Load raw materials onto production lines, stage packaging supplies, and finalize products to prepare them for shipping.
