Floresville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a talented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team! Responsibilities
Take and monitor patient vital signs
Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
Administer medication
Communicate changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
Maintain accurate patient records
Take an active part in patient care planning
Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
Manage emergency medical situations
Requirements
Must have a valid LVN license in good standing
Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required
Completion of orientation required by company policy
Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment
Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check
