Great ideas deserve great design!
We're looking for a 2D Designer who loves creating memorable brand experiences that connect with people. An experienced 2D Designer who gets excited by the challenge of turning a creative thought into something people can see, touch, interact with and remember.
You'll work across a diverse mix of global and local brands, helping shape visual identities and creative campaigns that live across physical environments, digital platforms, content, presentations, events and everything in between. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
As our 2D Designer, you'll collaborate with talented creatives, strategists, producers and designers who believe curiosity, collaboration and bold thinking lead to the best work. While we aim to support a healthy work-life balance, there will occasionally be times during live events and production where flexibility outside standard working hours is needed.
If you're a 2D Designer, naturally curious, enjoy solving creative challenges and love bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design, we'd love to hear from you.
Concept & Ideation
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Producers and the wider creative team to develop engaging brand experiences.
  • Contribute ideas, concepts, mood boards and visual directions that inspire clients and project teams.
  • Present creative thinking confidently, explaining the rationale behind design decisions in a clear and engaging way.
  • Help shape creative concepts from initial thinking through to execution.
Design & Execution
  • Create visual identity systems for experiential campaigns, live events, exhibitions, activations and brand experiences.
  • Produce high-quality graphic design from concept through to final artwork and production.
  • Design across multiple touchpoints including environmental graphics, signage, presentations, digital content, social content, print collateral, branded assets and campaign materials.
  • Develop engaging digital experiences, including UI design and UX thinking for interactive touchpoints where required.
  • Prepare artwork and production-ready files while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Support and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every application.
  • Create compelling presentations that communicate ideas clearly and visually.
  • Work closely with producers, artworkers and client teams to ensure creative intent is delivered successfully.
Innovation & Learning
  • Stay curious about design, branding, culture, technology and experiential marketing.
  • Keep up to date with emerging creative trends, digital experiences, motion, AI tools and new technologies.
  • Share inspiration and contribute fresh thinking to the wider creative team.
  • Continuously develop your skills and explore new ways of creating meaningful brand experiences.
We're looking for someone who brings creativity, curiosity and a collaborative mindset. If you meet most of the following, we'd love to hear from you.
  • 3-6 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Digital Designer or Visual Designer within a creative, branding, experiential or integrated agency.
  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Arts or a related creative discipline.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, digital design, visual identity, experiential design, campaign design and creative thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience creating artwork for both print and digital applications.
  • A sound understanding of UI design and UX principles.
  • Experience developing storyboards, concepts and proof-of-concept visuals.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation, particularly Adobe After Effects, is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for events, exhibitions, retail environments, activations or experiential marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to articulate creative thinking and present work to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, positive and adaptable approach, with a genuine curiosity to learn and contribute.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of your design workflow is welcomed.
What we can offer you:
