Job description

Group O is seeking an Operator responsible for daily production processes including implementation and Inspection and packaging output of cellular phone or similar devices.
As an Operator specializing in cell phone Inspection, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate Inspection of cell phones and related accessories according to established guidelines and specifications. Your role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where diligence, precision, and adherence to quality standards are paramount.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality assurance.
Essential Functions:
  • Execute the Inspection of the cell phones and other related devices and associated components, including batteries, chargers, manuals, and other accessories, ensuring all items are correctly assembled and packaged according to specifications.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to verify conformity with company standards and customer requirements. Identify and address any defects or discrepancies in packaging or product components.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Follow proper handling and disposal protocols for materials and waste products.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets. Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to address any challenges or issues that arise during the packing process.
  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Provide feedback and suggestions for streamlining procedures and enhancing productivity.
Preferred Experience: 
  • Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment. (Preferably in Inspection Roles)
Skills and Qualification: 
  • Familiarity with operating packaging equipment and tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards and goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory tracking tasks.
