  1. High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  2. At least 21 years of age.
  3. Must demonstrate sound judgement.
  4. Good mental and physical health.
  5. Working toward a Bus Driver's License.

Duties:
  1. Maintain good work habits through timeliness and low absenteeism for all assignments.
  2. Maintain order among students through correct use of communication and discipline and report discipline problems to company and school personnel.
  3. Work with all company personnel as a team and practice effective communications at all times.
  4. Properly convey a place of safety.
  5. Inspect the vehicle for remaining passengers and belongings with a physical "walk through" after each site drop, and at the completion of each route.
  6. Control all emergency situations--accidents, incidents, breakdown, and disaster-safely and properly and explain all necessary steps to follow during those situations.
  7. Attend all required in-service training; company required safety meetings and training, and any other required meetings.
  8. Maintain a cooperative behavior with fellow associates, supervisors, parents and customers, personnel also promoting the company's goodwill.
  9. Keep bus clean and orderly with daily cleaning after each route.
  10. Help driver complete bus evacuation drills to the satifaction of the supervisor.
  11. Maintain a position on the bus that provides a good view of and access to all activity and attend to the needs of passengers.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Transportation Supervisor.
  13. Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.

Salary: $19.00/hr. (with CDL); $16.00/hr. (without CDL).
* Employment upon completion of all Warren City Schools pre-employment requirements.
