Job Description:

  • Must be proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Prior management experience required.
  • Security industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed.
  • Must be able to read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms, and logs, compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required.
  • Verbal and written de-escalation skills required.
  • A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.
  • The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.
  • Conduct regular walking patrols to improve the safety of individuals and proactively identify and report security concerns.
  • Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
  • Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.
  • Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.
