What We Need From You:

  • Professional and outgoing manner
  • 2+ years of culinary experience
  • Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment pertaining to a three-meal period
  • Handle high volume productions related to but not limited to frying, carving, and steaming of all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and poultry
  • Must be able to work a fryer, broiler, flat grill and be able to prep, side work, clean, stock, and communicate well with others
  • Assure all health department regulations are met
  • Must have a valid health card
