European Master Automotive Technician - $100k+

Location: West End, NC
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00/hour
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Schedule: Biweekly
Earning Potential: $100,000+ annually with quarterly bonuses

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced European Master  Automotive Technician to join our team in West End, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled technician with a strong background in European vehicle diagnostics and repair who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair European vehicles, including Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
  • Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and network diagnostics.
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and accurately document repair recommendations.
  • Utilize OEM-level scan tools and factory service information to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
  • Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services while meeting shop standards.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
  • Strong experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles.
  • Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using OEM-level scan tools and factory service information.
  • Professional automotive repair shop experience required.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality repairs and continuous professional development.
