In this position you will serve as a Program Analyst applying Air Force Depot operations, Information Technology (IT)/Operational Technology (OT) systems, and business process re-engineering experience, analyzes, develops, and evaluates issues and develops recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. Projects relate to one or more of the following tactical or strategic areas: depot maintenance operations to include integrated financial collection and reporting as related to point of work execution; agile systems development and management; depot maintenance systems solution and cyber security capability, business process, system end user training evaluations; end user input and functional capability requirements definition for acquisition input; data analysis, collection, and transformation; current depot operations and systems interactions; and evaluation of program of record deliverables. Developing business process and system requirements IAW DoD and AF guidance. Applying qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques that frequently require modification to fit a wide range of variables. Providing recommendations around project funding and programming issues as they pertain to the execution of the current fiscal year budget and the programming of the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP). Furthermore, you will act as the strategic bridge between logistics operations and IT by serving as the A6 Functional Lead for legacy Maintenance (Mx) and Supply IT systems. You will establish and lead the functional governance and configuration management processes required to manage the life-cycle, system baseline, and sustainment of this massive portfolio. By enforcing standardized business processes and disciplined configuration control, you will ensure these legacy systems seamlessly support the warfighter today while accelerating the enterprise Digital Depot and Industry 4.0 capability modernization and integration effort.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):
1. Knowledge of Air Force and command program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to actual events.
2. Knowledge of the relationship of the various command entities involved in overall program planning execution of operations and evaluations.
3. Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies, and preparing solutions to resolve substantive problems/issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in major command program.
4. Ability to represent the agency on interagency work groups; negotiate critical issues; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; and maintain good working relationship.
5. Expert knowledge of policy and planning concepts and practices across multiple IT disciplines to include laws, principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition, program, financial management and Air Force depot operations.
6. Ability to apply project management methods sufficient to manage communities of interest involved in the development and implementation of workable approaches to Air Force depot operations and Information Technology (IT)/Operational Technology (OT) systems.
