Splashtime Pools and Spas is seeking a hands-on, motivated Service & Construction Foreman to lead our field operations. This role is responsible for managing crews, overseeing pool construction and service projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a leadership role within a growing, family-owned company where your contributions directly impact our success and reputation in the community.

Leadership Role:

  • Lead and supervise service and construction crews on a daily basis

  • Assign jobs, manage schedules, and ensure efficient workflow

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members

  • Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment

  • Oversee custom IG pool construction, renovations, and equipment installs

  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements

  • Monitor job progress, timelines, and completion deadlines

  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and make real-time decisions

  • Service - Assist with and oversee:

    • Pool openings/closings

    • Equipment repairs and upgrades

    • Leak detection and troubleshooting

    • Routine maintenance and service calls

    • Ensure service routes are completed efficiently and correctly

    • Communicate with customers on-site professionally and clearly

    • Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

      • Represent the company with a high level of professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in pool construction, service, or related trade

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans

  • Mechanical aptitude (plumbing, electrical basics, equipment systems)

  • Strong problem-solving ability in the field

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
