Project Scope: Underground Utility, Concrete, Excavation, Paving, Drainage, and Heavy Civil Construction Projects

You will gain hands-on experience working on high-profile civil infrastructure and utility projects across the Greater Houston area. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assist in installing critical water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and drainage systems safely.
  • Perform essential excavation, trench preparation, backfilling, and site grading tasks as directed.
  • Support concrete placement and finishing operations for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and pavement repairs.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment following precise company safety regulations.
  • Load, unload, and safely transport heavy construction materials around active work zones.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site by setting up traffic, erosion, and other control measures.


What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Spanish.
  • Work Ethic & Physical Fitness: Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward physical outdoor field labor.
  • Environment Adaptability: Ability to work productively outdoors in varying weather conditions alongside active crews.
  • Dependability: Proven track record of professional dependability and consistent, punctual attendance.
  • Communication Skills: Capability to follow verbal instructions accurately from foremen and team leaders.


Preferred

  • Up to 2 years of experience in general construction, concrete, or underground utility work.
  • Prior experience working safely around active heavy machinery and open excavations.
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Possession of an active OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
