Job description

Description:We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. This role plays a key part in supporting customer relationships, assisting sales operations, and contributing to overall business growth.

This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the sales team by assisting with customer communications, maintaining records, and supporting daily sales operations


  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • Utilize online market research and catalog findings to databases
  • Formulate a plan and present it to senior management or a client
  • Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
  • Maintain product assortment for E-commerce customers, including price research and new product launch
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Work closely with client for potential new product program and conduct marketing research

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Bachelor/master's degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Problem-solving driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
