En One You Love Homecare, nos dedicamos a mejorar la calidad de vida de nuestros clientes mediante servicios de atención domiciliaria no médica, compasiva, confiable y personalizada. Buscamos cuidadores(as) responsables y comprometidos(as) para formar parte de nuestro equipo en un entorno laboral significativo y humano.
Responsabilidades Principales

  • Asistir a clientes mayores o en recuperación con las Actividades de la Vida Diaria (AVD).
  • Brindar cuidado personal: apoyo en baño/ducha, vestimenta y arreglo personal.
  • Apoyo en tareas del hogar: limpieza ligera, preparación de comidas, lavandería y realización de diligencias.
  • Recordar a los clientes la toma de medicamentos según indicaciones.
  • Asistencia con la movilidad dentro del hogar y durante salidas (citas médicas, caminatas, compras, etc.).
  • Realizar compras personales del cliente y mantener un entorno organizado.
  • Documentar y reportar tareas diarias de manera precisa.
  • Actuar de forma responsable y rápida ante emergencias.
  • Cumplir con el plan de cuidado establecido por la Supervisora de Enfermería.
  • Informar de inmediato cualquier cambio inusual en el comportamiento o estado del cliente.
  • Brindar compañía y fomentar la socialización del cliente para mejorar su calidad de vida.
Perfil del Candidato Ideal

  • Vocación de servicio y deseo de trabajar en un entorno individualizado.
  • Capacidad para cumplir con todas las funciones esenciales del puesto con o sin adaptaciones.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable disponible diariamente.
  • Actitud compasiva, empática y con alto sentido de responsabilidad.
  • Disponibilidad para turnos flexibles: diurnos, nocturnos, fines de semana.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención sanitaria, hospitalidad o cuidado a domicilio.
  • Comprensión clara del plan de cuidado y sus tareas asociadas.
  • Capacidad para hacer preguntas pertinentes durante la capacitación.
  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia con equipo médico duradero (andador, silla de ruedas, cama de hospital, elevadores – ej. Hoyer Lift).
Horarios

  • Adaptables según las necesidades del cliente.
  • Turnos disponibles: días, tardes, fines de semana y noches.
