Hours of Work: Must be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm M-F, approximately 20 hours per week
Job Description/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Welcomes customers, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate staff
  • Oversees front desk multi-line phone system; answering incoming calls, routing appropriately, and taking messages.
  • Performs general office functions; filing, addressing envelopes, faxing documents, etc.
    Assists with outgoing mail on a daily basis; sorts and distributes incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule clients and customers for appointments.
  • Support visitors, organizational events and assist with vendor’s arrangement/deliveries.
  • Orders all office supplies as needed and monitors supplies
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 months reception experience preferred
  • Exceptional organization skills, ability to multi-task, handle all duties accurately, efficiently, and professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable; keep commitments and be customer service oriented
