About the Role: 
Join KereBear Childcare LLC as an ECE Teacher in Buxton, ME, where you will inspire young minds and create a nurturing environment for children. We are looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to fostering a love for learning in our little ones. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood education.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress and development.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space in compliance with health standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support the overall mission and values of KereBear Childcare LLC.

Requirements:
  • Preferred degree in early childhood Education or related field.
  • State certification or licensure in early childhood education.
  • Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team of educators.
