Job description

Turabify Co. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Non-Profit Director to lead and oversee our nonprofit initiatives in Franklin, OH. The Non-Profit Director will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, fundraising, and community engagement to advance the mission and goals of our organization. You will provide leadership to staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders. This role requires a passionate individual dedicated to making a positive impact and driving meaningful change. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the nonprofit's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, volunteers, and board members.
  • Oversee fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and fundraising events.
  • Manage program development, ensuring effective delivery and impact measurement.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit laws and best practices.

Requirements
