Description

We are hiring an IT support specialist for 9 weeks (no extension). You will provide Tier 1 technical support for digital operations. The role focuses exclusively on supporting Android-based mobile devices and applications used by associates. This includes troubleshooting connectivity, configuration, application performance, and device functionality issues to ensure seamless in-store digital experiences. Provides first-line technical assistance to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting POS systems, printers, handheld devices, and desktop technologies, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The position requires a strong customer service focus, the ability to diagnose problems quickly, and a drive to deliver timely, high-quality IT support.

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
