Overview

TheManagerSales Financeis a unique opportunity to play akeyrole intheFinanceGroupofour$1.9billionpublic company. The individual will report to theDirectorof Retail Finance andcollaboratewithmany otherDepartmentsincluding:CorporateAccounting& Reporting,Sales,Trade Management, &FP&Ato accurately prepare monthly financial statementsutilizingSAP S/4 Hana, PowerBIand other tools. This role willoverseetrade accounting and finance processes, supportcontinuous improvement,developanalyticsand trend reporting,andsupporttradeaudit requirements.Finally,the role alsosupportsthe overall achievement of the Finance Department’sobjectivesand annual goals as well as team and individual goals specifically.

Responsibilities

Leadfinancialconsolidation of trade spend across AOP, monthlyforecasts, and month-end close to enabletimelyreconciliation, generate actionable insights, and strengthen cross-functional alignment.

Ownsthe accrual, reconciliation, and execution ofkeycontrols supporting royalties and trade accounting processes.Main point of contact for quarterly and annual trade audit support.

Prepares and analyzes financial sales reports, deliveringaccurate,timelyinsightsonrevenue performance, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.

Conducts complex analyses to support critical business decisions. Leads financial analysis fordeterminingreturn on investment (ROI) and profit loss impact (P&L) of incremental trade investments.

Communicatesresults, risks & opportunities, andcomplex financialanalysesto both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making.

Champion the continuous evolution of tools, data visualization, and automation by driving the transformation of key processes andoptimizingsystems for greater efficiency and scalability. Proactivelyidentifyimprovement opportunities, develop recommendations, and lead end-to-end implementation.

Partnerswith cross-functionalteams toset targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measureresultsand improve processes. Consults with senior management to present data, proposesolutionsand identify opportunities for improvement.

Develops innovative approaches to complex problems and situations. Conducts research including external benchmarking andutilizesstatistical tools and scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.x.,SAP,PowerBI).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements andsalesmetrics.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial insights clearly.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
